I plan on moving to the Atlanta, GA area within the next couple of weeks. Looking for a coin shop in the area, I used to live there and few if any did I ever stumble across. Specifically Lincoln Wheats and IHC's
Thanks!

If memory and my recent internet searches mean anything, it's going to be slim pickens and long drives

There is a monthly coin show in Atlanta, the next one is January 18th. It's at the Holiday Inn Select in Dunwoody. The flyer I have says you can get more info at atlcoin.com. I have not been to one of these yet, & am not endorsing it in any way, just putting the info out there.

Luckily Atlanta is the type of city that is large enough to have coin shows on a regular basis. They have a monthly coin show, which the previous poster mentioned. I recommend going to the show. You will meet dealers from all around greater Atlanta, they will have a sample of their wares, and they will be on their best behavior. It's better to go to one location and meet several dealers, than to go to several locations and meet dealers one at a time.

My parents live in Cumming, GA just north of Atlanta. I checked out an antiques place in Oakwood that sells on consignment. Had a really nice selection at the time. Gonna be visiting in Feb so I'll prob check back there and give ya an update on their inventory

Yeah that monthly show sounds like a winner, I should be there by then. With all the miles I racked up living around Atlanta, everyone being in the same place would be great. I used to hate the fact that with many stores of all types in Atlanta, you drove 30 miles to find out the place doesn't meet your needs. Thanks!
