1960 D Penny Looks Like An L Over The E In Liberty

Hope everyone is having a good day, night, morning, evening or whatever it is for you right now. So here is a picture of a 1960 D Penny I just found, I've only been "coin crashing"(that's a term I'm trying to...coin) for about a month now but I'm really into it so I'm trying to be thorough. The E in LIBERTY stuck out to me right away it really looks like either the E was pressed wrong somehow or some type of error was made idk but if you can help me make "cents" of it I would really appreciate it.
