As much as I know how foolish it may seem I'm serious as an all on hand of poker What would be necessary to prove such a hypothesis.

You can see anything you want to on a coin. I have not seen one thing in any of your posts that you have. Send them all off to be attributed.

Definitely put up your money and send it off to PCGS. Will you believe them when they say it is nothing of the kind?

@josh, I can see that we are not going to convince you that your cent has damage, but no mint errors. That is fine as you are free to make your own hypotheses and draw your own conclusions. I agree with @cujohn and @lcutler that your next step is to send this coin in for verification at a TPG. Please do us the favor of following up on this thread when you hear back from them so that we can all learn. Thx.

Agree. Please submit your coin to PCGS, NGC, or ANACS for attribution. And, let us know what comes back. Thanks.

Good morning to all, much appreciation for not chastising me. Trust me when I say I know how this sounds but I took my large Cent and john Wayne and uploaded both images to illustrator, made the large Cent transparent and overlayed it in the image of the 69 and it lined up perfect with the 857 and the stars. I'll be uploading a video later today And will post a link of the rules allow. Soon as my Ben Franks get back from NGC I'll be sending one of these off.

Pareidolia is the tendency for perception of a visual stimulus as an object, pattern or meaning known to the observer (Wikipedia). This is a normal human tendency. Your mind is playing tricks on you.

Of course I am. If you knew how much I have acquired and time spent investigating you would too. If I just used a normal magnifier I possibly would fold but in person it is irrefutable. I stand by my word on this one. If I'm wrong I'll humbly admit it.

May as well keep staring at it until you find something even rarer. Personally, I'm seeing elements of a 1794 flowing hair dollar. I look forward to hearing NGC's verdict. If this is all a prank, thanks for the entertainment.

I just have to ask, how do you propose that this happened?

Silly me. I thought it was a Clint Eastwood cent.
