This coin is so worn the date is hard to make out.
Clues... Not CN so rules out1860-63
Top of worn number looks thick lie 5,6,8 or 9

Any way to wild guess it?

I'd narrow it to 1865 or 1866.

The right side of obverse, is so worn, looks like it affected the date of 1866, and flattened the last 6 out.
My guess is 1866.

Wow. That one's had a rough life. 1866 would be my guess.
