I'm too lazy to take a picture but the first thing that came to mind was the 1997 US commemorative dollar in the Botanical Gardens Coin and Currency set. I think it has a rose on it. I had to buy that set to obtain the special Jefferson nickel that was included in the set.

In 1997, the US Mint struck a commemorative silver dollar "To recognize the sacrifice of law enforcement officers and their families in preserving public safety." (Public Law 104-329)The coin's reverse design is based on the official Emblem of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial. The full-color logo presents a single red rose superimposed over a stylized, solid blue shield. The combination is meant to symbolize the sacrifices made by law enforcement officers in the line of duty. At the rim, on either side of the shield and rose, are seem arrangements of maple leaves. The maple leaf is a symbol of strength, endurance and tolerance - all needed (and appropriate) virtues of law enforcement officers.. The "Respect. Honor. Remember" motto of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial is seen below the shield, with an appropriate identifying inscription encircling the central design elements. The coin makes use of a simpler version of the emblem, concentrating on its shield and rose elements. The coin incorporates the familiar "To Protect and Serve" motto of the Los Angeles Police Department; the motto has been adopted by many Police Departments across the country.
