The only trains Fiji is known for are Sugar cane trains that run through Sugar cane plantations.

That is a cute sugar cane diesel engine, @Princetane!

Now for some steam! The Chinese Bank of Communications kept putting steam engines on their banknotes. Here is one from 1935.

Republic of China, 1 yuan, 1935, Bank of Communications.

Got another Bank of Communications banknote with trains for you today, this time two trains!

Republic of China, 50 yuan, 1941, Bank of Communications.

Notes-Depicting-A-Train:

Unlike most other "train notes" from Bank of Communications, this one features genuine Chinese trains (many other of their banknotes use generic train images, often American). The image is from an original photo of the Qinglongqiao station along the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Railway and was probably taken in the 1910s. The railway goes in mountainous areas and is built in a zigzag fashion to overcome the steep climbs. The two tracks in the picture join through a switch into a single track to the right, where the train has to reverse direction to continue.

The photo is available online (in the public domain). Here it is:

Another Chinese Bank of Communications banknote, recently acquired.

Republic of China, 100 yuan, 1914, Bank of Communications, Chungking/Chongqing office.

Notes-Depicting-A-Train:

Although dated 1914, the banknote is emitted 1938-40 (can be deduced from the signatures). But the series and motifs are anno 1914. The obverse shows a truss bridge with a passenger steam train, from an unknown location. The magnificent steam locomotive on the reverse is American; the image is a cropped version of one that the American Bank Note Co used on Michigan Central Railroad Company $1,000 Bonds.

Lots of train vignettes on this promotional sheet from USBC. I believe all the vignettes were produced by Security-Columbian Bank Note Company. The catalog number in the Catalog of Printers Promotional Sheets & Test Notes is USBNC-121.Notes-Depicting-A-Train:

There's also a 1987 62nd Convention International Plate Printers, Die Stampers, and Engraver's Union of North America souvenir sheet with the same layout. The Souvenir Card Collectors Society catalog number for this piece is F-1987G.
