I am pretty sure this is a die crack. Might there be any premium in it?

Given the photos, it appears the linear feature is raised...? If so, that would suggest a nice die crack.

I have also found like 3 of the pic below. I am guessing all are die breaks. All are also 1995.

I agree with ijn1944, or if incuse (recessed into the surface), it's a long scratch.

I have a coin that appears to be struck with the same die pair. The die crack on my coin is a match to the first image, with the crack running from the rim just under the E of CENT and stopping at the roof of the Lincoln Memorial.
