Quote:They don't leave the mint in individual boxes, did APMEX put them in something? I checked my invoices and it was not APMEX, it was Amazon that I ordered from. The coins were shipped from First Commemorative Mint.

I suppose I could buy empty US Mint boxes online and put my brilliant uncirculated ASEs in them but I'm not interested in doing that. They just take up more room. Yes, that is a nice looking coin. The picture does not do it justice.

GLB49, I collect the American Silver Eagle/Gold Series, Mint Marked Coins . I have plenty of Slabs, I bought, for the Coins... I see the Labels and Direction of the Same being going Off the Rails , sort of saying. Every time I visit a On Line coin shop, the Newest Label or I of 2500, How about the " Emergency Releases, They normally made 20,000,000, So they Had to Mint another Emergency Release, of an Additional 2,500, HA I am NOT knocking the Serious Collector or AnyOne else, In My Opinion, The Labels , Like HSN's Mike M, He could sell Any One Any Thing, His FIJI Labeled MORGAN Dollars, Made to Replicate the Original George MORGAN's "ANNA", resulting in a rendition of Proofs, They were made to " fill the Gap ", Because the U S Mint was Suppose to make them in 2022, I Think Not . Not American Made, Not made in America, Like the Originals...... Buy the Coin(s), Not the Label(s).

I started collecting silver coins in December, 2019 so I'm very new at this. If I came across something questionable it would probably get past me. But, I'm learning from this forum.

Thank You, I Appreciate Your Time.... What else do You collect, This Forum has Plenty of Well Seasoned, Very Experienced Collectors. I apparently started collecting the Bullion series in 1986, up to 2003, I forgot I had it. Collecting the ASE's series is a Very Monumental Journey, I wish You Well, Mike....

I started out with American Silver Eagle Proofs and put together three sets of proofs from every year. In the early years it was proofs only but in the later years I started adding some certified and brilliant uncirculated. I'm up to 339 Silver Eagles. So far I have three Silver Libertad BU back to 2008 but they get pricey before that. I also like Silver Krugerrand BU and have six coins each year back to the second year but the first year is $150+ so I haven't decided on that yet. More recently I started collecting Franklin half dollar BU and have three coins each year (mixed mint marks). I'm also accumulating Silver Ike dollar BU coins. I like brilliant uncirculated Swans, Maple Leafs and Britannias but I just collect those casually with no particular goal.

I just realized that I have 3 2017-S from the LESPS - 2 are graded by PCGS at PR70 DCAM (one is a 'First Strike" and the other signed by John M Mercanti) and one more in my Actual LESP set.

Quote: does that mean you have 3 1995-W Proofs? No, sorry to mislead. My 1995 Proofs are P. I have three proofs from each year but they are mixed mint marks. I have W from 2001 thru 2008 and 2010 thru 2015. I have 2021-W Type 1 and Type 2. Then 2022-W and 2023-W. I would not attempt to get three of each mint mark each year because I still have to eat.
