DDR Grease Filled Die? 1937 Buffalo

This is a 1937 P buffalo reverse shot. Is this an example of a Grease Filled Die? There is no other PMD or clear damage present.

This coin is evenly worn on the front and the back with no clear damage to that area. It doesn't look like something was there and worn away, it looks like nothing was there from the start. I've gone through over 10k buffs, this is a first for me.

I agree, from these pictures, it looks like damage to me as well that's just worn smooth. I'd keep it anyway because the date is very readable and I appreciate that on a Buffalo.
