1999 P Wide AM? Found In Coin Roll

My thoughts are that are either the A or the M took a hit creating a gap that looks like the Wide AM. The reason I believe this is because the designers initials are too far from the memorial. Thoughts are appreciated.

the FG is the Close AM FG. the gap between the A and M should be roughly the same to the eye as the gap between the M and E, also and it's clearly not.

for sure it's a Close AM, you are correct in your determination.

Close AM. The die is just a little worn creating a gap between the A and M. You can tell by the fact that the FG are too far from the foot of the memorial building to be a WAM.

Yes, sorry, yours is a Close AM, you are correct, the FG is at it's far point from the Memorial building. Never hurts to ask!

When I think I see a WAM I compare to a 92. But what if it's a 92 cam...

Another PUP indicating a CAM is the "A" in STATES is not centered. Thanks, Doug.

The trick is too not look at only the AM, but the AME. If the M is centered between the A and the E, then it's wide.
