Here is a Denar from Frisland minted at Dokkum (now in the Netherlands) somewhere in the range of 1038 to 1057 AD. The obv inscription is HENRICVS IE and the rev inscription is DOCC VGGA BRVN. It is attributed as Dannenberg 499. Interestingly, Dokkum is where St. Boniface was martyred back in the 8th Century.   "If you climb a good tree, you get a push."

Here is about 60% of a Bohemian Denar that dates to between 1034 and 1050 AD. The obv legend is BRACIZLAVS DVX and the rev legend is SCS WENCEZLAVS. I have attributed it as Frynas B.8.12 and Smerda 150.   "If you climb a good tree, you get a push."

This Denaro from the Italian City State of Lucca seems to be one of about a bajillion that are available on the interwebs. They all seem to be quite poorly made. The date range on these is pretty wide: 1039 to 1125 AD. The obv inscription is +IMPERATOR and the rev inscription is LVCA and ENRICVS. I have attributed it as Biaggi 1058. Here is another coin with a pretty broad date range. This Denaro Scodatello was minted in the Italian City State of Milan between 1039 and 1125 AD. The obv legend is +IMPERATOR HE RIC N while the rev legend is MEDIOLANV. I have attributed it as Biaggi 1413.   "If you climb a good tree, you get a push."

Thx @tdz. Somehow I seem to have ended up with a bumper crop of coins from this decade.  Here is my last coin to post for now. This Bohemian Denar was minted between 1034 and 1055 AD in Prague. It was issued under the authority of King Bretislaus I. The obv legend is BRACISLAS and the rev legend is VVENCEZNVS. I have attributed it as Frynas B.8.7 and Cach 310. Last call on this decade. Starting tomorrow morning, let's drop back to the decade of the 1020s. This decade will mark somewhat of a watershed moment as it contains the very earliest Hungarian coins.

Gadhaiya Paisa, 1022-1135 Chalukyas of Jujarat. Silver, 17mm, 4.40g. Stylized Indo-Sassanian type bust to right wearing sun and moon crown. Stylized fire altar with crescent moon in upper right field (Mitcher 427).

Very nice one @john! Here is a Denar from the German City State of Freisland that dates to between 1020 and 1051 AD. It was minted in Emdem under the authority of Herman I von Kalvelage-Ravensberg. I don't believe there is letting on the obv, but the rev legend is A HH TH ON. It is attributed as Jesse 36 and Dannenberg 773.   "If you climb a good tree, you get a push."

Another great contribution paul! Here is what I believe is the first Hungarian coin--a Half Denar minted in Esztergom somewhere between 1020 and 1038 AD. The obc inscription is STEPHANVS REX and the rev inscription is REGIA CIVITAS. I have attributed it Huszar 1 and Frynas H.1.2.   "If you climb a good tree, you get a push."
