Metal detecting find. I took a good look at it and it looks like her eye is doubled to me. Anyone else see this? Been a good month for me with detecting. Also found a diamond and gold ring valued at over 10K!!

Here is a pic from a different angle that seems to show partial second eye

I can't tell anything. Are the 2 Obverse photos of the same coin? The 1st looks vastly different than the newest one.

okiecoiner, I think its just angle and lighting playing tricks, both obverse photos do look different until you turn the second obverse photo in the correct orientation.

IMO looks like a well placed hit making one eye look like two, but I dont deal with vicky dimes well enough to be confident.

The two images of obverse do look different...same coin. However after researching the coin more it looks like it is normal....just maybe a ding in the center of her eye. I must say her eye is huge and with the ding in the center it makes it look like two.
