Hard to tell from the photo and not in hand, but it looks like one of the scarcest '59 varieties ... a 9/6 type 1.

The die cracks at leaf 2 and 14 is for reverse I5a https://www.vickycents.com/rev-i5a.html

The die crack between A of GRATIA and R of REGINA is obverse 43 https://www.vickycents.com/obv-o43.html

This is PC59-142, not a 9/6, but a RP 5 and RP N in CENT. Both are hard to see due to condition.

I agree, it's tough to see due to the shape of the coin, But I was looking at the C in Canada, the specific vine break at 2, and the D/C at 12... and what looks to be something inside at the bottom of the loop, as well as something between the tail and the upper loop.
