Is this damage or an error? The rim looks flat and engraved instead of beveled upward, and it also looks like there's 2 eyes, but I starred at it so hardni might just be seeing things at this point. Anything special here or just more PMD?

Does it have the reeding intact? If so, instead of damage, this may be like the 1985's.
