This is my only 1968 Dime with no mint. How can I tell it's of the the 1968 no "s" mint mark?

the 1968 no mint mark, was only on the proof coin, your coin is not a proof coin..

Your is a normal Philly dime.
1968-Dime-With-No-Mint?
It is the proof die that was missing the mintmark in 1968. (S)

I agree, looks "normal" to me as well. Sever post mint damage ( PMD) on reverse.
