I think the front has the back stamped on it. You can see the memorial and part of the word America. Anyone know anything about these, value maybe?

That is what is known as a vise or garage job.
Someone has taken another coin and pressed into that one.
We see these quite regularly on the Forum.
Value 1 cent.

Note the deep incuse arc across the coin? That is the transfer off another coin. On a doubled struck coin, that would not be present:
1976-Lincoln-Error-Coin-Double-Punched
Also note, both sides of the coin would be affected, and the devices will not be mirrored.

@jla, first welcome to CCF. Second, I agree that it looks like someone has tried to manufacture an error on this coin. It is just a spender for me.
