I would appreciate a few extra eyes on this. What grade do you say?

Also, and it may be hard to tell from the photos, I am leaning toward this being a business strike. It's got some very nice luster. However, side-by-side with some SMS quarters it just doesn't pop. And there's that soft "I" in the motto.

I'm putting this one in the AU58 or MS63+ box. the abrasion under the jaw behind the adams apple to me appears could be from circulation as well the flat dull appearance to the right of the relief. I think there are too many ticks and marks to make 64 imo so without having it in hand i'll put in the MS63+ box but AU is not out of the question
