Bumpkin Pillar of the Community United States 509 Posts	Posted 08/18/2021 10:08 pm Doesn't appear to be tooled from your pics, best I can tell, so I am going to say this is the result of either a Grease Filled Die or extreme circulation wear (which would be odd for just one number disturbed in the date and the adjacent rim is perfectly intact).
