This is a palestein 20 mils 1941 coin I found in a grab bag, pretty exicited about it, I'm not really sure how to grade it though. I can't figure out what those "streaks" on the obverse are and how they might affect it's condition.

This coin looks to be a VF (very fine) level coin. The streaks look to be toning.

I also see it as a VF. There's not a lot of detail to grade, though.
