Please look at the feathers / e PLURIBUS unum/ the word dollar/ the olive branch/ FG /as well as the arrows on reverse side. On obverse the word we bottom inner right / the ear/ the date . I have seen that effect when looking at my coins under a microscope. the lighting makes it appear to have doubling, but then I turn the coin 90 degrees and look again and see that with the angle change, there is no doubling.
