On the reverse of this 2000 Jefferson nickel I'm trying to figure out if this is PMD, grease-filled dye or even maybe Die Deterioration for all I know. Any opinions?
Looks like more than grease as one area is showing an incuse mark (left of the 'F' on Five. I'm thinking it was struck through paper/grease and grit. Something was struck through on that area. Probably not a premium for this, but a keeper to show to a new collector so that will help fill information as what happened to the coin.
