A " So Called Dallor " A William Penn HK-462. Struck by Whitehead & Hoog Co. Designed by Kileny of N.Y. Congratulations on owning such a beautiful item. In my daughter's 4th grade Social Studies class, right now they're learning about states in the Northeast, and I'm helping her review. When we get to Pennsylvania, I tell her about William Penn, and how Pennsylvania got its name. When you think about it, there aren't too many states named in honor of a person, are there?
