coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 09/30/2021 1:14 pm If you are roll searching on the 1974-D's the Obverse image (third image) shows an earlier die state on the obverse, but the reverse is damaged. But check your other examples of see if they EDS coins with out damage. On the third image, you can see a contact mark on that touches the nose area. But note the nice fields on that coin. No die wear, no die scratches. Just an earlier die strike. Damage cancels any plus for the coin. Report this Post to the Staff
