About 17.5 mm each, about 5 grams each. Of course Macedon Kassander they are patterned after but why did anyone make such things with intentional edges like that? So strange.. Were they prototypes and not finished making the fakes?

OK I posted that too quickly. One of them as an edge and it looks filed away. And the other is all filed away. So what is going on with these?

In my experience, this kind of filing on ancient coins (either genuine or replicas) is usually done to make them fit into jewellery.

Wow, so they are potentially real but ruined I imagine. What in the world do I do with these then?

Mount them in jewellery?

As for their authenticity, I'm uncertain. I can say that, though they seem to be the same coin type, they aren't die-matches, which would seem to be a point in their favour.

First thought was legit coins that were being prepped for jewelry (or other) mounting at some point.

The (new) size seems about right for cufflinks.
