Thanks, @Dearborn and @ jeffbuckes, for your kind words!
Yes, it is a beautiful coin set.
@jeffbuckes, you could be right that this might be made by Franklin Mint. What more I found out last night that these coins were not exactly legal tender circulating coins in Cook Islands as they had a limited circulation there up to 2015. Their Government decided to demonetize them. Recently, they re-issue smaller coinage along with $1 and $2 and $5 coins. No 1, 2, and 5 cent coins this time.
Most of circulating money there is New Zealand notes and coins.
@NNS-52, they look very interesting! Do you know their history behind them? Do you like collecting medals? They are beautiful especially the one from the US Mint.

I have a Churchill coin in my collection. I'll have to find it and check the year in that one

@nickle nubber, where could I look up that info up that Poland issues Cook Islands coins?
@Kena, you are correct about the changing value of the crown over the years. Most crowns were not used as money but as gifts back then. My dad said he never saw them when he grew up. I was given these copper nickel crowns-25 pence. My aunt told me she once got £5 crown in payment from the customer!
Hope we will see more posts in the coming days.
I am worried about my receiver for my package has arrived early this week. Hope he or she is okay.

@jfransch, the gifts you got is wonderful and very thoughtful! The scale is very helpful in weighing your coins to ascertain they are of a correct weight. I never have seen a copper 1 ounce coin before! NZ issued a Disney Mouse coin!
I would have to look up on Westward journey nickels.

@Carrigna I'm 99% sure the Cook Islands set you received is a Franklin Mint issue. If you look closely at the reverses you should see an overlapping "FM" on each like this one to the left of the designer's initials on the $1 coin:
In Memory of Crazyb0 12-26-1951 to 7-27-2020 In Memory of Tootallious 3-31-1964 to 4-15-2020 In Memory of T-BOP 10-12-1949 to 1-19-2024

@Grinya: Very nice coins you have gotten there. What region are they from?

@ Grinya, you got wonderful assortment of foreign coins! I like them. I can see you have Indonesian 50 rupiah, 200 rupiah, and 1000 rupiah, a commemorative Latvia 2 euro on one of their regions: Vidzeme, a commemorative Kazakhstan 50 tenge honoring their national customs, two Mercury dimes, and a coin I believe is a commemorative Australian 50 cent coin—it commemorates 25 Years - Mabo Decision & 50 Years - 1967 Referendum in Australia. And a cool wooden medal in Russian. @Dearborn, I like your British coin set! Most of the coins with an exception for a crown, my Dad would have used on daily basis along with my grandparents. Sadly, we do not continue with old system of LSD (pounds, shillings and pence) system. It is always fun hearing my Dad telling me how much things cost back then. From a farthing to half crown. :) Also, I love your silver 1981 Bermuda $1 commemorates Royal Wedding of Prince Charles and Princess Diana. Quite tragedy for Diana. I learnt something new today that Australia does issue a lot of commemorative 50 cent coins. I was not aware that they issue that many.
