(ps. I saw the volume mentioned as 8 oz., but I'm curious about the dimensions of the container if that is available.)

 Outer dimensions are 2.469 inches wide by 4.217 inches, but thickness of glass is .114 and there is a slight taper at base and shoulder. Mouth is 2.052. LOL Seriously, I got my caliper out and measured it just now.

Appreciate you posting the actual dimensions.

You did post 2-1/8" in diameter and 4-1/8" tall. Looks like your estimate was very close indeed.
