Good morning. Can someone explain why the date look as if twisted and cubed. See bottom of 2 as well as the 7. The P looks as if twisted and over another P. See left side of P. The word liberty. Reverse side please look at the word America.the letters look to have Cud on bottoms of all letters please Look especially at the M A and R. Can someone please help.

Can't really see any abnormalities with the photos provided.

Perhaps you are seeing the effects of MD or DDD.

@zan, the bottom part of the number 2 in the date seems to have taken a slight hit in circulation and is now inclined at a slight angle.

Nothing there that can be attributed to an error.
Looks like Die Deterioration and circulation wear.

I'll agree with spence, that the 2 was hit and some of the metal was moved upwards. The rest of the coin looks normal to me.
