I have slight concerns about the right obverse field. Can you give us another obverse pic with a different lighting angle?

I agree with frog that the right obverse field could be a concern, but it's hard to tell if it's die polish or not.

IMO it's just not quite enough for a 65, there's a cluster of heavy contact marks on the reverse, by the eagle's feet and the rock.

If the luster is undisturbed on breast and leg feathers, it may? have a shot at 65. Need to examine those high point areas with a 10x loupe for yourself to confirm, just as the TPGraders would do.

I notice that there is a big price jump between 64 and 65.

Unless you intend selling and it makes 65 after slabbing,
it would be best to just leave in a capsule, or even between two sheets of acrylic plastic (recovered from food packaging) and stapled into a 2x2, thus saving slabbing and shipping costs.
I do that sort of thing with all my more valuable coins over $2,000, (including my avatar coin).

Can still slab later, if you change your mind.

I agree with Adam, the series of tick marks below the eagles feet will hold it to MS64 IMO.

I'd say MS-64.
