They Moved it about 1/2 of a mile to the new location. That last time there, it was still there, as part of the structure.
Back to the coin: If the area is incuse, then it is damage. If it is raised, it could be a die chip. If it is a die chip, then the die has a void on it on that area, and that is how much of the die that broke off of the design.
