with commems & "Orac" although I'm not sure $20 would be appropriate value for the lot. After all, there is one note which may fetch that alone as it appears to be a ONE DOLLAR from Malaya & British Borneo:
http://www.banknote.ws/COLLECTION/c.../MBB0001.htm& for reasons which completely elude me, these notes are white hot on the market right now. The photograph & condition of this lot is far too poor/sketchy to make a decent "gestimate" of what these would be worth but $200 is definitely way too high.
My motto is "if in doubt" back away (& always go for the best condition you can afford). At least ask for a list of the notes, the apparent grades & some justification for the price he/she desires. You could spend that $200 on a lot better notes IMO.
(On a side note, I see no premium on the note from Laos & agree that appeal for special serial numbers has not really hit the world currency market)
