2004 -D Texas New DDO?

Looks like a Struck Through Grease error. (The filing of the die to block out 2/3 of the design, makes the wider part of the devices look larger) The alteration on the single device looks like damage to the coin. The Liberty looks like Machine Doubling on the tops/bottoms on the affected devices. On AMERICA I see DDD also confusing matters. But not a DDO. Why? Because the DDO's are confined to the earlobe and Motto areas. Other areas are affected by other issues, not a doubled die.
