So I like to buy error collections and sort out what's what. Bought 100 coins for $72 shipped, knowing from the photos that most would be nothing. Well, essentially there were 3 RPMs, 2 BIE, one clipped planchet and 2 nice error coins. Not a good ratio at all. But the two errors are pretty nice, and maybe worth sort of almost what I paid for the lot.

This is a moderate Cud on a 1993, not very common, but Cuds in this area are generally referred to as "atheist coins" since GOD is sort of missing.

I'm sorry to hear about the loss, but that is a sweet Cud!

Interesting, I had no idea that that nickname was a thing for Cuds in that area.

Very cool, and nice buy nonetheless!

Very nice Cud @tb, although the exposed zinc worries me a bit. Hopefully you can keep this from degrading.

That's a great Cud. They seem to be really hot right now, so maybe it would bid up to $72. I like it though.

Thanks everyone! And I've also noticed that Cuds seem to be in favor right now. I actually do already have one of these in my collection so probably will put this one on the block to recover some of the cost of the mostly dud error set.
