It sort of looks like shark teeth. lol. But I'm wondering if this is Die Crack or.? What is it called.and I'm wondering if the Reverse side is Misaligned or Off Centered

I have a1975.P Nickel I would like a opinion about..1st the Reverse side Building touches the sides and has lots of Half Lettering especially in States Of America. I'm going to post pictures even the Obverse side has Issue

Yep, John1 nailed it. Collar clash. This is a very common problem for the Roosevelt dimes - the coin is so small and alignment is crucial and hard to get spot on for a proper strike.

A collar clash damages the outside edge of the face of the die. The gutter is not affected. Thus the inside edge of the rim will be affected:

These dies can't be rescued. So they are defaced and retired. (Example in inset)
