19xx Lincoln Memorial Cent Mint Error - Thin/Tapered Planchet 1.83g

This is the second of two nice error coins I got in a lot I recently bought. Not really sure where the line is between a rolled thin planchet and a tapered planchet, but this thing looks like it's kind of both. The whole coin is thin but it clearly tapered off to the east.
