Though sharpness was lost, it was relatively painless to shoot this image, even with stitching and stacking 6x15, it was one pass. However, taking out that acrylic part in final image is painful, any tricks to do it easily? Just thought there might be.

Yes, circle crop. I use DPP for doing it but other programs have the function. DPP automatically blacks out the area around the circle.
