Shiny coin. I can't see any scratches, their title for it is Extremely fine coin. Price is 15ish, not counting shipping.
What's with the glossy look? Looks like a spit shine on it. People still polish coins? Lol

Has to be plated or highly buffed up .

Ya, I agree with T-BOP. This coin was either plated or polished.
