First I've seen this tone of a coin, or it's really dusty. On the obverse seems a line around the head. Not sure if that's dust or wheel mark, maybe? The reverse the buffalo looks like it's been around a lot static. What do you think?

@jdf, by "around a lot of static", do you mean the roughness of the fields? Perhaps this was struck from a tired die.

You probably would know more than me, but yes that and the legs, the hide seems frayed out, I also noticed this one on the obverse it seems the eyes are closed. Looks like a faded coin, but I'm not sure if that's the tone from circulation or strike. Never said type 1 or 2 on it. Price is 43 without counting shipping

The reverse is a late die state, with flow lines that radiate toward the rim. The coin has been clashed and repaired, but clash marks have no effect on grade.

Looks uncirculated to me. I don't think it's any better than an MS-63.

Agreed, worn out dies. Very lightly circulated and looks like it received a quick dip. Surfaces are lifeless. AU58 Details, cleaned.
