Hello can you explain the face, ear, eye, upper lip mint mark etc. Coin looks as if wet or melting really weird. On reverse side the legend ONE CENT is way bigger then normal. Just looking for community opinions

Plating debris. Looks like you need to work on your photos a bit. Too much glare and your close ups are not useful at all,just a FYI.

I agree that there could be some debris under the plating, but it might also be something clear stuck to the surface of this coin (e.g. small droplets of dried glue). Either way, this coin would be a spender for me.

Sharper pics with less glare would help, but agree this doesn't look like a promising coin.

Try poking the blisters with a wooden toothpick. See if they can be depressed. If so that you have a coin that is suffering from zinc bubbles that will eventually burst and start rotting out the coin.
