@jay, there are more than 100 RPMs for the 1960 D cents and some are quite subtle. Below is a link to the varietyvista page covering the first 60 of them. I'm not sure that these pics are going to be sufficient for us to help you, so this might help you get started on your research.

I'm with the other about needing better pics. This one is close though, as far as mint mark positioning. Maybe see if you can find markers and get us some better pics.

Wexlers count is a lot higher than that. 147 on his site, but I;m figuring a lot higher than that. The Mintmark placement was a rush job that year to catch up with change over of the dies from the small dates to the large date designs. But to me this looks like a contact mark. The area in question is incuse and the mintmark size is normal. So I question this one.
