It's hard for me to tell but is this an RPM or just a post mint damaged mint mark? It's kind of dirty. 1964 Jefferson nickel found in a coin roll. I appreciate another pair of eyes.

Took a hit, the distorted that device. Keep in mind, that the affected areas are raised like a doubled die, not an incuse mark on the devices, that flatten them. A spread should be seen, not a reduction of size of the device.
