My shoulder is all torn up, so it's finally time to stop 'putting it off'. The pain now keeps me from sleeping well.

So, I'm going in tomorrow morning. If you see me posting afterwards and I don't make any sense, it will just be the pain pills..

will do thanks. I have talked to a lot of people that have had joint (snicker) surgery and not follow up with PT and have suffered greatly. Hopefully I have learned from others in this case.

But I think my dogs will suffer more afterwards - As I won't be able to throw the ball or toy very well for a while..

Hey John I believe awhile ago you said something about Rota Cuff Surgery on Your shoulder . Hope all gets well with surgery and recovery .

Yup, good memory, I wanted to get this done long ago (past 2 years) but there was some strange illness that is spreading around a few places that kept me from getting it sooner.

well, out of surgery. Doc said it went well. But my left arn is completely immobile. (I can't move it) it just dangsle alongside my hip. need to use right hand to put left hand in my pocket, lol. Typin is very hard..

ust wanted to say I was ok.
