Good luck. I took a tumble 3 weeks ago and have had my hand in a cast and leg in a leg brace (broken knee cap).

Well this post popped up this morning and I see that on 3/31/2022, I posted this:

Well, I shoulda just kept my big mouth shut because in May, I fractured my shoulder. My original equipment shoulder is now upgraded with a plate and several screws. I'm probably back to 90% or so but I feel your pain now Dearborn!

I too am glad that you're on the mend. Shoulders are rough! A friend of mine went through 18 months of PT for her shoulder replacement. Ofcourse, she had necropsy to deal with too.

Keep up the good work dearborn! I'm cheering you on also!

I'm doing a lot better now, got my strength and range of movement back, but still some pain at times.
