Pulled this one from a mixed memorial bag. You'd easily miss this one if you weren't really paying attention. Once you hit late die stages then most of the markers are pretty much faded away. Even so, it's still noticeable and a strong RPM but it takes a little extra effort to see it.

Mint mark position looks right, and seems to be a match for stage C. Sadly, the really nice features of this RPM aren't too visible in later die states.

Yeah, it is unfortunate that my example is a late die state. It will still be 2x2'd since it's a die 1 RPM in mint state.

yup later die states are a tough sell without die markers... looks like the scratches in front of the face will do.

nice looking coin though

i think I will go back and check my tubes of 1969D
