I got some rolls of half dollar coins in the bank and a collector ha
d dumped a bunch off and found three in $60 lot. They seem to be silver. But I know nothing about coins really.

@mona, how about telling us what dates are on these coins you suspect might be silver? That will help us to help you. You could also post pics. Thx and welcome to CCF!

Your 67 and 68 halves are 40% silver clad
1964 and earlier are 90% silver.
