I'm not sure what to call the doubling on FIVE CENTS, but I'm leaning toward MD? And idk how they printed whatever that is on the front but I don't see any raised edges. Maybe they wore down? Anyway, any help is appreciated.

I'd say definitely PMD counter stamp on obverse. The reverse is WILD! I've seen this before but never this severe. The MD is repeated to the rim? Defer to the experts here.

The "printing" is a counterstamp that has been added after the coin left the mint.
The "doubling" is caused by Die Deterioration.

Yes the so called doubling does appear to be damage. So much wear makes it difficult to tell much.
