For the sake of this thread, "huge" will be anything larger than a US Ike dollar. As long as it is larger than that, it counts. I'll start off with a Netherlands Antilles Commemorative with a diameter of 45.5 mm.

I just checked Numista and there are at least 2700+ standard circulation coins larger than a US Ike! Who knew...

Well, not huge but they are a bit bigger than an Ike! These 3 come in at (L-R) 39.0, 40.0 and 41.0mm.
