It just looks like a damaged cent.
Nothing that could happen when the coin was struck.

Unsure what you are seeing/asking. Appears to be--given the somewhat small photos posted--a common shield cent, complete with evidence of circulation (hits/dings) and perhaps some staining or toning.

Well its silver an copper coloring and the America on the back is all messed up. and I can't take great pictures but it doesn't look like it was circulated. It looks like it was made this way

Sorry I wasn't very clear about what I wanted answered. also, it would not accept my pictures. I had to shrink them quite a bit to get them to upload

Sorry but it wasn't made that way.
There are only certain things that can happen to a coin when it is struck and that isn't one of them.

Scratched off plating on the coin. Possibly damaged rubbing the coin on a sidewalk. Never a premium for the coin. A damaged coin is a spender. (face value if someone would take it)

the 'silver' you see is most likely the zinc core showing through where the copper plating was worn off/removed somehow.

The rim show that the coin was deliberated ponged in the acid base. the surface also. This it a new kind of market error coins of a chip knowledge..
