No idea. And it was in a bronze lot. One side very smooth. If that is a tiny test cut it is throwing me off I believe.

Spence, does that rut to the left look like it was from a strike? It has a flat floor so not a test cut. But is very straight so man made.

Yes I agree not a test cut, but not sure what it would be. It does not appear to be from a heavy striking force due to the lack of "smushed" metal on the sides and ends.

The other side looks like it was molten and then solidified.
