On obverse side of this coin. To the right of the last column at the steps there's an incline

If this is what you are talking about, it looks like damage, just PMD. Possibly a die chip but I still think damage. By the way, that is the "reverse".

The obverse location if this were damage would be near the TR on TRUST area. I see nothing pushing out there, so I feel it is a die chip. The coin should be normal weight.

It is an odd shape for a die chip (seems like a too-straight line). My vote is for damage rather than a die chip. I think either way this is worth only face value though.
