This coin weighs 3.78 grams and is 31mm in diameter. The date appears to read 32?, possibly 323. I tried searching Zeno and ACS for similar dated Dirhams but cant seem to find a match. It looks like a Samanid type, but none of the ones I saw have the outer rings and the reverse type. Any help with this attribution would be much appreciated!

You have located the date correctly. I read it as 326: sitt wa 'ashrin wa thelath mi'at. The mint is Shiraz. It's an issue of the Buyids/ Buwayhids. The ruler 'Imad al-Dawla Abu'l-Hasan 'Ali is cited as 'Ali bin Buwayh, last line of central inscription, 2nd photo. Album 1538. According to Album, the additional marginal legends bear "auspicious formulae".
